The Ultimate Instrument is a great tool that can be used anywhere. The OE team have travelled all over the world with it so we are never without our own training gym. It offers such a versatile range of movement patterns that stimulate the body we use it daily in the OE studio and come up with new exercise variations all the time.

The handles are reinforced on the inside and we routinely train on ours with weighted loads EG 140kg. The sliding buckle will take loads in excess 400kg so it is quite durable. I have personally used the same Unit for over 3 yrs without any trouble.

The OE team have trained elite level athletes and beginners and both are stimulated in a way that promotes optimal results and progression to their individual goals.
