All of us at Origin Of Energy make an effort to refine our lifestyle on a daily basis so that if we all lived the same way we could steer humanity to a healthy existence. We feel that it is everyones birthright to enjoy optimum health, loving relationships and have a fun time on earth. With the many varying opinions out there on how to achieve health we really want to provide our lives as an example which is true. Our feelings are that humanity as a whole is not expressing its potential and that together we can heal ourselves and our environment to enjoy what is for all of us.
Alana Mann
A life long passion for studying health & science and an innate urge to help others feel the best they possibly can, lead Alana along the path of nursing. Alana became a registered nurse and through almost 5 years of helping others recover from surgery, felt a better way to use her drive and energy would be to focus on achieving wellness through movement and lifestyle coaching. Alana draws upon her own personal experience with coming off the pill, healing acne and regaining her cycle naturally, to coach other women on how they can do the same. Creating a lean attractive body without sacrificing hormonal health is another passion of Alana’s. “Remaining fertile while being lean & strong is every woman’s birth right. Passing practical ways of achieving the body of their dreams, especially in their reproductive years brings me pure joy.” Healing the world with happy healthy children is another one of Alana's passions. Helping women to reconnect with the wisdom our ancestors practiced when raising their children- knowledge we fundamentally lack in today's society; is something Alana hopes to share.
Aaron Mckenzie
In 1999 Aaron Mckenzie started his career working with clients as a personal trainer. His own experiences with overcoming injuries, ill health and achieving optimal performance drove Aaron to adopt a holistic approach to movement and lifestyle management. Aaron’s life is devoted to reconnecting food, farming & fitness for optimal health.
Aaron has worked with many clients ranging from elite athletes to the elderly. Whether it is high performance or just returning to everyday function Aaron has a strong belief that there is always a choice we can make to improve our health & fitness.
Gus Rickard
Gus started work as a Personal Trainer in 2003. He had many questions about Health and Self development that were fueled by his passion and curiosity. He found the answers to many of these in study but more so in practical experience through living a healthy life style and helping clients to overcome obstacles to their own health.
Gus discovered early in his career that a Holistic approach is what is missing within our Fitness Industry and Health Care system. He has since refined his lifestyle to be a more accurate model for what is needed by everyone to achieve their own goals.
Sean Killeen
Sean has been a practicing massage therapist Since 2006,prior to massage he spent two seasons overseas instructing snowboarding to able bodied people and people with adaptive needs, with a passion to assist people he studied massage. Having massaged many clients on the table he found that this was just 1 part of the solution to being optimally healthy and happy. Sean has always been passionate about a higher level of health, well being and spiritual awareness. Integrating Massage and the six foundations (Good thoughts,hydration, Nutrition,breathing,movement and rhythm) of health in to his life enables Sean to facilitate and guide his clients to optimal health.
Tegan Haining
Tegan has worked as a fashion model for the past 10 years and is currently the face of Berlei lingerie. Tegan developed a passion for finding the best nutrition and fitness early on in her career after seeing the shocking lengths that some women would go to for the perfect body. She has tried and tested many different diet and exercise regimes, with a particular interest in yoga and meditation for many years. Being a personal trainer allows her to share her studies, knowledge and life experience with her clients enabling them to be beautiful and healthy both inside and out.
Shane Richards
Shane began working as a Personal Trainer in 2005 and since then believes he is "living the dream".
Shane's passion for health and fitness was ignited from his own personal experiences of ill-health in his younger years, which led to him having a holistic approach to health and well-being.
Shane is determined to educate, motivate and support his clients with a positive attitude as well as help plan and obtain realistic goals. He receives no greater satisfaction other then working within an industry he's extremely passionate about and guiding people to help them recognize their strengths and areas of passion, then watching them achieve and optimize their health.
